Beginners Intake

If you are a complete beginner and would like to take up agility you will need to attend one of our 5 week foundation courses.   This will give us an opportunity to meet you and your dog and it will also give you an insight as to what you can expect from agility and for us to answer any questions you may have.  Agility is a high energy activity for our dogs and initially some of them find it hard to stay focused so we will ask you to demonstrate with them a recall and sit/stay command as we can only accept dogs that can fulfill these basic requirements.  This is to help prevent disruption to the whole of the class as the last thing you would want to do is spend the whole of your training time just trying to get your dog to come back to you. If agility is still for you once the course is finished we will help you teach your dog how to use the equipment and you as a handler the basics on how to navigate a course.

The cost of the foundation course is £30 for 5 weeks then £7 per 60 minute session when you move on to the beginners class.

Experienced Handlers

If you have experience in agility and would like to join us then please feel free to contact us with a brief outline of what equipment your dog has mastered. Depending on their ability and if there is a space in one of our more advanced classes then we may be able to find you a place.

Please contact Roz at r.redman429@btinternet.com for further details.

Cost per Class

£7 per dog per class or £24 for a block of 4 weeks.
